Never had your HVAC system serviced?
What a maintenance visit looks like
-
Inspect and clean your indoor system
We check and clean the indoor unit (coils, filters and electrical connections) so it runs efficiently from the inside out.
-
Inspect and clean your outdoor system
We check and clean the outdoor unit, clearing debris and buildup that block airflow and make the system work harder than it should.
-
Clean the primary drain line
We clear the primary drain line to prevent clogs that can back up, leak and cause water damage inside your home.
New unit or old unit, it matters
If your system is still under warranty, skipping annual maintenance can void the manufacturer’s coverage and leave you paying for a major repair yourself.
If your system is older, regular maintenance extends its life and catches small problems before they turn into expensive ones.
