What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address (if you give it), whether you’re a homeowner, property manager or renter, and the service you need. We also record which page you used and the date and time.

We may use basic website analytics that count visits and see which pages are used. These don’t tell us who you are.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your request and to provide, schedule and bill the service you ask for. If you become a customer or Comfort Club member, we keep your information in our customer records so we can service your system.

If we text you, it will only be about your service request or appointment. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this website and our business, such as our website host, our database provider and our email and text message providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share it if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep proper business records. Ask us any time and we’ll delete your information unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us, call us at our business number.

Children

This site is for adults arranging service for their home. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
